Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and website URL when you fill out our contact form or request an SEO audit. We also automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide SEO services, send updates about our services, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Free Tools (Google Review Drop Alert)

When you use our free Google Review Drop Alert tool, we process the following information:

• The business you search for. The text you type is sent to Google to show matching businesses. For the business you choose, we store its Google place ID, name, address, and its public Google rating and review count.
• Your email address, if you sign up for alerts.
• A one-way coded version of your IP address, used only to limit how many checks one visitor can run per day. It cannot be turned back into your IP address and is deleted after about a day.

We use your email address only to send you the confirmation email and the review alerts you asked for, and to reply if you write to us. We do not sell it or share it for others' marketing. Every alert email has a "Stop alerts" link that ends your alerts with one click.

Signups that are never confirmed are deleted after 7 days. Past rating and review-count checks are deleted after 30 days; we keep only the latest check for each business you watch. Your alert stays active until you stop it. To have your email address deleted completely, write to contact@rankvigor.com.

Business data in this tool comes from Google Maps through the Google Maps Platform (Places API) and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. The tool reads only public information and never asks for access to your Google account or Business Profile.

Free Tools (Google Review Backup)

Our Google Review Backup tool lets the owner or manager of a Google Business Profile download that profile's reviews. When you choose "Sign in with Google", Google asks you to give RankVigor access to your Google Business Profile (the permission called "See, edit, create and delete your Google business listings"). That is the only permission we request.

• What we read. The list of Business Profile accounts and locations you manage (name and address), and the reviews of the location you choose: reviewer name, star rating, review text, dates, your reply and the review ID.
• How we use it. Only to show you your locations and to build the review file you download. We only read; we never post, reply, edit or delete anything on your profile.
• What we store. We do not store your reviews or your business details. They pass from Google to your browser, and the file is created on your device. The temporary access token Google gives us is kept on our server only for your session and is deleted when you sign out, or automatically within one hour. We keep anonymous daily totals (number of sign-ins, exports and reviews fetched) with no business or personal details.
• Sharing. We do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models. No person at RankVigor reads it.
• Removing access. Click "Sign out" in the tool to revoke our access immediately. You can also remove it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

RankVigor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Free Tools (Duplicate Listing Finder)

Our Duplicate Listing Finder needs no email or sign-in. The text you type is sent to Google to show matching businesses, and for the business you choose we search Google Maps for its name, phone number and address. The results (public Google Maps listings only) are kept on our server for up to 24 hours so a repeat check of the same business does not have to search again, then deleted. As with our other tools, a one-way coded version of your IP address is used only to limit daily checks and is deleted after about a day.

Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze website traffic. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but this may affect website functionality.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Google Analytics (website traffic), Google Maps Platform and Google Business Profile APIs (our free tools), Calendly (if you book a call), and Hostinger (website hosting and email delivery). Our contact and audit forms are handled on our own website. These services have their own privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights
